This podcast is created for highly sensitive leaders and entrepreneurs who feel overwhelmed being in the online space. It is designed to support them to embrace their strengths and gifts so they can feel more confident in their own mind and body and live free of anxiety, a life with intention, purpose and more importantly, joy.
Kate is a fellow HSP, has a BA hons degree in Education, is a fully trained and qualified professional coach and NLP practitioner and has over 17 years of teaching and over 4 years of coaching and supporting Highly Sensitive People. Kate's mission is to help sensitive thought leaders peel away the self-doubt and stories holding them back, for them to see their own beauty and strength so they can increase self-confidence and self-trust through thought and embodiment work.
